现在的市场策略,有够贱。

12月4号了。今天兴致勃勃到fitness first拿我的会员卡,本来1号就可以去了的,只是因为朋友拜访所以延迟。非常期待自己在三个月内可以做运动,练好身体。相信我,是真地期待的。

只是,到最后,总觉得自己是被骗进去的。

我是延续我朋友的合约的。这件烂健身中心既然还要收我的admin fee,然后什么free gift都没有,而且你还得最少参加12个月。这个跟签新的member有什么分别?

为了让你加入会员,就一直拿着表格要你签。之前有问过能不能拿而外教练的课程,然后可以rebate回cash。结果今天要签的时候,他竟然跟我说,contract continuer没有这种优惠。真地真地有够气死人!

以下是我的投诉信。我要complaint他们够够力!

I was to continue to my friend contract in fitness, due to her moving to other place. 

There is no free gift as a contract continuer member, is oki. But I have to pay for the admin fee with RM 100+, even though continue contract? And the so-called continue contract have to RENEW the one year contract, which mean I have to join for at least 12 months no matter how long my friend had been joining before. And why the contract continuers do not have any of the benefits yet the admin fee to be charged, another 12 months?

Fine, what make people angrier? Before joining, the sales man was so vigorously persuading people, mentioning that I am ALLOWED to take a training course with RM 149. If my attendance can reach 16 times within 2 months with 8 times per month, I am allowed to enjoy the RM 149 cash rebates. However, is totally disappointing to be told when I took my member card today, that I DO NOT has such privileges to enjoy this.

The most disappointed situation happens to be the sales man does not mean to inform some on this. Yet, simply promise some of the benefit yet can’t be reached, just to persuade people to sign on the registration form. Seriously, this is really is good earning the business but peoples anger and dissatisfaction too.

下是岂有此理?问题不在于帮朋友延续合约,问题在于这间烂fitness的推销手法。不诚实!
